Christopher has acted on stages across Canada, and trained in classical theatre in Japan. He has also trained in a variety of martial arts for over ten years, both at home and in Asia, and has instructed on both sides of the Pacific. He is the co-founder with Mario Cueto of the Angkan ng Kamao, a cultural society dedicated to the advancement of traditional Philippine martial arts.

As an actor, he studied Shakespeare's folio texts under Neil Freeman, and has performed in Shakespearean plays with the Vancouver Playhouse, Phoenix Theatre, and Kaleidoscope Theatre.

He has choreographed fights for the Victoria Shakespeare Society, ITSAZOO Theatre Productions, Kaleidoscope Theatre, and Blue Bridge Repertory Theatre. Previously, he taught Combat for Film at the Victoria Motion Picture School.
